Deal with any symptoms that have presented themselves thus far. Tap on being able to tolerate the medication he is currently on.  Tap on your understanding of what the disease is.  Even though my nephew has this problem and this means x, I accept myself, and my brother accepts himself and my nephew accepts himself. You can surrogate tap on him or physically tap on him- both will work. Who better to practice on than someone who needs your help? I would get some buy- in from your brother first by dealing with some of his worries and stresses about the situation. Even though I might have done something to cause this problem, I accept myself. Even though my son has this problem, I accept myself. Even though I am very worried that he might be very sick or even die (or whatever____), I accept myself. Practice using surrogate work first. this developes your intuition and will be helpful. It will also give you some confidence. Mildred
